This remarkable side table of overall Italian rococo design has a rubbed ebonized finish highlighted with antiqued twenty-four carat parcel gilt and silvered detail. The side table's rectangular top has a scalloped edge and outset rounded corners inset with a sculpted circular medallion featuring a foliate center surrounded by circular fan and loved carving. It has foliate spandrels, with a beveled diamante glass top, all above a waved frieze carved with foliate clasps, on deep cabriole legs ending in hoof feet.
