A superb dining table in a Continental neoclassic style, the Nancee has a rectangular top with Mahogany and Walnut squared inlay on a ebonized hard maple ground above a solid frieze carved with foliate cartouches. It has two drawers with foliate-cast old bronze finish pulls. The corners have square paterae, and the table rests on square tapering panelled legs with waisted collars ending in acanthus-from feet. Its antiqued ebonized finsh is highlighted with twenty-four carat parcel-gilding. Extended with two extra leaves the table seats twelve.
